Capital Electric Construction Company had a major role in the Black & Veatch corporate office building remodel project, installing more than 3,600 Cat6A data drops throughout the facility, as well as a new fiber backbone to 15 telecommunications closets.
Construction included demolition and reconstruction of office production areas, restrooms, a multimedia studio, kitchen and dining space, and a wellness center. An addition to the building included a large, single-story entry pavilion featuring a green roof, two-story ceiling space, terrazzo floors and numerous meeting and presentation spaces.
Capital Electric Construction’s work on the project required close coordination with the general contractor and owner to allow the owner to maintain business operations.
