We only permit these advisors to process your personal information for specified purposes and, as appropriate, in accordance with our instructions and the provisions of this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

       Corporate Transactions: We disclose personal information in connection with, or during negotiation of certain corporate transactions, including merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

       Corporate Affiliates: Personal information is disclosed between and among Everus and our parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.

We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We process, maintain, and use this information only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify such information, except as permitted by law.

       We do not “sell,” or “share” your information, including purposes such as “targeted advertising,” as these terms are defined under certain State Privacy Law.
Further, we do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information about consumers under the age of 16.

     We may process personal information that may be considered “sensitive” under certain State Privacy Laws, such as your social security number if you create an account with us for Services. We only collect this information with your consent or at your direction and for purposes permitted under State Privacy Laws.

       Right to Know/Access: You may request to know more about and access personal information we hold about you (including, where feasible, in a portable format).

       Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you.

We may verify your request by asking you to provide certain information. Certain information may be exempt from such requests pursuant to applicable data protection laws. We will also respond to your request as required under applicable law.

Any request to exercise your rights will be assessed by Everus on a case-by-case basis. There may be circumstances in which we are not legally required to comply with your request because of a relevant legal exemption provided for under applicable law.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us as set forth in the Contact Us section. If you have concerns about the result of an appeal, you may contact the attorney general in the state where you reside.

Authorized Agents. Depending on where you live, you may also designate an authorized agent to exercise privacy rights on your behalf by providing the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request on your behalf.
