SUPPORTING COMMUNITIES WHERE WE LIVE AND WORK

Everus Construction Group established the Everus Foundation to strengthen communities where Everus and its operating entities live, work and build. Through charitable giving and community investment, the foundation supports organizations and programs that improve the quality of life, expand oppertunity and create lasting, positive impact.

As an independent nonprofit organization recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity, the Everus Foundation is committed to responsible, transparent stewardship of its resources while supporting causes that align with Everus’ values and long-standing commitment to service.

Through thoughtful and responsible giving, we are proud of support organizations that share our commitment to Building America’s Future®.

FOCUS AREAS

The Everus Foundation considers grant requests in these categories:

Civic & Community
Support

Support for community-based organizations that promote growth, economic development and services for individuals and families facing financial hardship.

Youth & Career Skills Development

Programs that build future workforce readiness, including K-12 education, trade and technical schools, higher education institutions, scholarships, workforce development initiatives and education foundations.

Military & Veteran
Support

Organizations that assist active duty service members, veterans and their families through health and human services and other supportive programs.

Typically, requests for contributions of $500 or more are reviewed by the Everus Foundation. Requests under $500 may be better suited for review by individual Everus operating entities rather than the foundation.

The foundation may support “challenge grants,” where funding is contingent upon the recipient meeting specific fundraising goals within an agreed time.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for consideration, applicant organizations must:

  • Be recognized as tax‑exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service or be an equivalent tax‑exempt public entity, such as a state, county, city, school district, park district or fire department.
  • Align with one or more of the Everus Foundation’s focus areas.
  •  Serve communities where Everus has operating or business interests.

The foundation does not support political organizations or initiatives that do not meet IRS charitable requirements.

GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS

The Everus Foundation follows a structured review process to ensure strong governance and thoughtful distribution of funds.

Organizations seeking funding must complete the Everus Foundation grand application and provide all requested documentation.

Applications are accepted June 1 through Aug. 31 of the year prior to the year for which funding is being sought.

It is expected that approved applicants will be notified directly by Dec. 31. Grant funding timelines and any conditions associated with the award will be communicated at that time.

Grant recipients may be asked to provide follow-up information or report outcomes to help the foundation understand the impact of its investments.
