Safety

Safety is our top priority. Every task we take on, every project we build, is centered on doing it safely. Our people are the core of our company, and we are determined to send them home safely every day. We conduct training and engage in partnerships year-round to keep safety top of mind.

Our team goes through Human Performance Improvement training to work with enhanced situational awareness. This systematic and data-driven approach to helps us stay alert and ensure we clearly understand the conditions of the task at hand. Our employees are trained to have a questioning attitude in the planning and prep stages as well as at the activity level to avoid assumptions.
